Familiar dishes you'd order anywhere, done with the care you'd expect at a much more serious restaurant, then layered with flavors you wouldn't expect.
A burger you've had before, made the way it should be. A fried chicken sandwich with Szechuan heat. A menu that pulls ingredients from this region and ideas from much further away.
We have a very homey approach in comfort food. But I would like to push the envelope with what people know in Troy.

A roll-up garage door across the front of the room. When the weather is right, the dining room opens up to Main Street and Troy walks past your plate.
A bigger kitchen than Cleveland-Heath, which means Evan can finally cook the menu he's been thinking about for fifteen years. Pickup is ready when you are.

A burger and a fried chicken sandwich, sure. Then a Cubano, a smashed gyro, and a dinner-only filet. The menu changes with the season.

The Gold Rush burger, a crispy Szechuan chicken, a Cubano, a smashed gyro. Each one comes with fries or a simple green salad.
From the farms
Salads, grilled carrots, salt-roasted beets, parmesan green beans. Local ingredients in globally inspired preparations.
Dinner only, from 5pm
A Creek Stone filet, North Atlantic blue mussels, Peruvian chicken, pappardelle. The kitchen stretches its legs at night.
